Scope
This policy covers the Microsoft Store edition published by HALILUYA.net. It runs a local browser-based projection service. Cloud hymn services are disabled in this edition. Portable and cloud editions may have different network features.
Data and purpose
The app processes files you select, scripture and hymn content, playlists, notes, settings and optional newcomer names to provide editing, projection and device control. Display names, connection addresses and session tokens support intercom and access control. Startup error logs may contain local file paths and error details.
App settings and saved content are kept on your device in the package's LocalState folder. Your browser also stores interface preferences and login cookies. The app has no advertising or behavior analytics and does not automatically upload these records to the developer.
Microphone and screen sharing
Microphone audio and the screen or audio you choose are shared only when you start the corresponding feature and grant browser permission. Connected participants or display devices receive that content through WebRTC. The app does not automatically record these streams. You can stop sharing or leave the intercom at any time.
Network and third parties
Enabling remote access lets connected devices receive the content you make available, including entered names. WebRTC exchanges connection details, which may include IP addresses. No TURN relay is enabled by default; a relay configured by the operator handles connection metadata and encrypted media traffic.
Microsoft Store handles installation and updates under Microsoft's privacy policy. Opening a website or a remote resource you select sends normal request information, such as your IP address, to its provider. Those providers may retain server logs under their own policies. App content is not sold or used for advertising.
Security and choices
Access passwords and session controls restrict app access. WebRTC encrypts audio and screen traffic. HTTP control traffic is not TLS-encrypted; use trusted HTTPS when sharing personal information between devices. Restrict remote access and only share information you are authorized to disclose. Browser permissions can be revoked in browser settings.
Retention and deletion
Saved data remains until you delete it, use a configured automatic clearing option, or reset or uninstall the app. You can review, edit and export content within the app. Exports, backups and original files outside app storage must be deleted separately. Browser cookies and preferences can be cleared in browser settings. Data received or recorded by others is outside the app's control.
